Release Highlights - March 2026
March was a big one. Admire grew beyond tracking skills into connecting those skills to the outcomes they’re meant to drive. You can now bring your own data into Admire, build dashboards on top of it, set measurable targets for each role, and lean on AI to coach your team. Here are the highlights.
Bring Your Own Data with Artifact Sources
You can now bring outside data into Admire and report on results right next to skills. Artifact Sources let you pull in records from the tools your team already uses (your CRM, support desk, or any system that produces data) by uploading a CSV (drag-and-drop works too). Because your data sits next to your people and skills, you can finally connect what people do to the outcomes it produces, all while Admire keeps your permissions intact so each person only sees what they’re allowed to. Learn more in our Artifact Sources guide.
Reporting Dashboards
Turn your data into a picture with Dashboards. You can build dashboards out of widgets (tables and charts) and arrange them to tell the story you care about. Not sure how to pull the exact numbers you want? Just describe what you’re after in plain English and Admire will assemble the query for you, so you don’t need to be a data analyst to get a useful view. See our Dashboards guide to get started.
Role Metrics
Tie skills to the numbers that matter with Role Metrics. For each role you can now define the metrics that role is responsible for, set targets, and track them over time with sparklines right where you manage your people. It’s a simple way to make expectations concrete: everyone can see what “good” looks like and how they’re trending against it. More in our Role Metrics guide.
AI Self-Coaching
Your team can now coach themselves with AI, any time they want. The redesigned self-coaching experience lets a person pick any skill they can see and work through it in two modes (teach to learn the skill, or assess to gauge where they stand) with responses that stream in as they’re written so the conversation feels natural. It’s a low-pressure place to learn and reflect between sessions with their manager. Learn more in our AI Coaching overview.
