Use AI without breaking trust
You are responsible for the work you submit, including anything AI helped create. Check your employer’s approved AI tools and what information each may use. If the rules are unclear, describe your intended task and information to your manager or the person approving AI use.
Use an approved tool to explain terms, generate practice questions, or rehearse a conversation. Set a learning objective and check its explanation against an approved reference or experienced colleague.
Practice with made-up examples when workplace information is restricted. Removing names alone does not make a real document approved for use.
Check facts, calculations, and instructions before using AI-assisted work. Follow required reviews before AI sends messages or changes shared work. Explain your AI use when reviewers need that context and follow disclosure requirements.
The full behavior set lives in the Protect Data and Use AI Tools Securely skillset.
Open the skillsetNext up is Deliver one small win.
